Bear Roboticsでは、自律走行ロボット「Servi」の効率的な運用をサポートし、お客様にサービスを提供するロボティクスフィールドエンジニアを募集しています。
- フード＆ビバレッジ業界、ホスピタリティ業界（レストラン、ホテルなど）の現場検証（PoC）の実施
- PoC中にロボットの効率性と活用性を最大化するための方法を発見
- ロボットの使用率、KPIのモニタリング及び問題対応
- ロボットの設置（デプロイメント）、現場技術サポート、メンテナンスおよびユーザー教育の実施
- 顧客サービス向上のための取り組み（フィードバックの収集、改善策の提案など）
- セールスプロセス全体で顧客に技術サポートを提供し、必要に応じてポストセールスサポート
- 担当顧客の管理およびカスタマーサービス
必要な経験と資格
- フードサービス業界またはPOSシステム、オンラインフードデリバリー企業などのホスピタリティソフトウェア企業で最低3年の経験。
- IT、機械設備技術営業、CSの経験
- ソフトウェアおよびハードウェアに関する理解（バックグラウンド：電子、電気、メカニック、ロボット、自律走行、技術サポート、カスタマーサービス、現場エンジニア、サーバー設置および運営）
- 複雑な技術的概念を理解し、説明できる強力な技術的バックグラウンド
- 顧客志向の姿勢を持ち、優れたサービス提供をする情熱を持っていること
- メカニックおよびロボットに関する理解と情熱
- 明るくエネルギッシュな性格
- 独立して作業し、異なる職能部門と協力できる能力

Position: Robotics Field Engineer (RFE)
Main Responsibilities
Bear Robotics is looking for a Robotics Field Engineer to support the efficient operation of our autonomous robot "Servi" and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct on-site verification (PoC) for the Food & Beverage and Hospitality industries (restaurants, hotels, etc.)
- Identify ways to maximize the efficiency and utility of the robot during PoC
- Monitor robot usage and KPIs, and address any issues
- Perform robot deployment, on-site technical support, maintenance, and user training
- Strive to improve customer service by gathering feedback and proposing improvements
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process and post-sales support as needed
- Manage assigned client accounts and customer service
Required Experiences and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the food service industry or in hospitality software companies such as POS systems or online food delivery
- Experience in IT, mechanical equipment technical sales, or customer support
- Understanding of software and hardware (background in electronics, electrical, mechanics, robotics, autonomous driving, technical support, customer service, field engineering, server setup, and operation)
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
- A customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Passion and understanding of mechanics and robotics
- A bright and energetic personality
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different functional departments
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Experiences and Qualifications
- Understanding and work experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industries (manager, server)
- Business-level communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling abilities
