Job Summary:

As the Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for optimizing the sales process, implementing sales strategies, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency. The individual owns and is required to optimize the sales process and tools. By collaborating with the Sales, Marketing and Robotics Field Engineering team. This role will ensure that the company's sales teams have the data, processes, and tools required to operate at their best. This individual will assist in providing sales performance reports and operational insights to the Sales Leadership team to make data-driven decisions. This individual is also expected to have substantial experience in sales operations, a strong understanding of sales processes, and exceptional analytical skills

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports. Provide insights into sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts. Analyze historical data and market trends to predict future sales performance.
  • Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluate and implement sales tools and technology to enhance sales productivity and performance.
  • Sales Training and Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership and training teams to develop and deliver sales training programs and resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales operations with overall business objectives.
  • Process Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to sales operations.
    Manage Salesforce and other sales tools: Streamline the sales process and ensure accuracy and consistency in customer and revenue data across the organization.
  • Other responsibilities will include:
    • Deliver accurate data analytics and insights on our sales pipelines and forecasts to the leadership.
      Find opportunities to maximize revenue and improve forecasting accuracy by developing revenue and performance metrics and trending reports.
    • Optimize the sales process in collaboration with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences from the point of inquiry to the point of sale.
    • Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
    • Maintain efficient inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning with Robotics Field Engineering team’s deployments.
    • Support Marketing to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
    • Partner with Finance to develop and manage sales commission plans that align with revenue goals and company objectives.
    • Partner with People Ops to design sales compensation plans and incentives to align with company goals.
    • Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in collaboration with Finance.
    • Monitor and assist with customer retention
    • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
    • Continuous update new technologies as needed and create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
    • Train sales teams on best practices and standard operating procedures related to revenue operations.
    • Perform other related duties or specialized areas as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn data into insights and action.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple sales pipelines and priorities.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different teams.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
    • Experience working with finance and/or accounting teams on financial analysis and forecasting.

    Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

    • Financial modeling experience is a plus.
    • Korean language skills are a plus.

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
