Role: Robotics Field Engineer

Reports To: Taiwan Sales Lead

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead PoC(Proof of Concept) process at business partner sites
• Distributor and Resellers support, field support and maintenance training
• Interacting with Distributor/Reseller/Business Partner regularly to get feedbacks and to improve level of customer experience
• Conduct the product tests to predict performance or maintenance issues
• Document all issues and corrective actions accurately for future references

Qualifications:

• Understanding on software and hardware( Background: computer, software, electrical engineer, robotics engineer, AI, customer service, technical support, or field service engineer)
• Great troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure with Great customer service skills
• Experience on field operations
• Speak at least two languages among Mandarin/English/Korean
