Role: Robotics Field Engineer
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Head of Bear Robotics Singapore

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead PoC(Proof of Concept) process at customer sites
- Robot installation, Field support and maintenance, and training customers on how to use robots
- Manage own customers by Interacting with them regularly to get feedbacks and to Improve level of customer experience
- Conduct the product tests to predict performance or maintenance issues
- Document all issues and corrective actions accurately for future references
Qualifications:
- Understanding on software and hardware( Background: computer, software, electrical engineer, robotics engineer, AI, customer service, technical support, or field service engineer)
- Great troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure with Great customer service skills
- Experience on factories in Vietnam
- Speak at least two languages among Vietnamese/English/Korean
